TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

Oompf! Cycle, operated by The Fitness Rebels Pte Ltd, offers a range of ride packages (the “Packages”) for purchase by our participants (“Participants” or “You”). By making a payment or attending any of our classes (the “Classes”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
 

1. The Packages

1.1 Oompf! Cycle offers several Packages, including Trial Packages and One-Time Packages. Detailed descriptions of each Package can be found on our website at www.oompfcycle.com/shop (the “Website”). Please note that, for purposes of these Terms, a month is defined as 30 days.
 

2. Trial Package

2.1 The Trial Package allows you to attend a set number of Classes at a fixed rate, with an expiry date. Under no circumstances is Oompf! Cycle obligated to refund the Trial Package price, permit cancellation of the Package, allow transfer of the Package to another person, or extend its expiry date. If Oompf! Cycle identifies multiple purchases of the Trial Package by the same individual, we reserve the right to cancel those purchases without refund.
 

3. One-Time Packages

3.1 One-Time Packages offer various options for single-use Packages as listed on our Website. These Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable (unless stated otherwise), and cannot be canceled, nor can the expiry date be extended unless there are reasonable grounds, as specified in Clause 7 below.

3.2 Unless otherwise specified in promotions, One-Time Packages are non-shareable.

4. Changes to Terms

4.1 Oompf! Cycle reserves the right to modify the Class content, operating hours, Package Fees, and these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

4.2 Any modifications to the Terms or Package Fees will be effective immediately upon being published or communicated by Oompf! Cycle.

4.3 By continuing to attend Classes or use our services after any changes, you acknowledge and accept these modifications. You are responsible for reviewing any updates, and failure to cancel your Package or discontinue participation will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 You may cancel a Class at no cost if the cancellation occurs at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled Class time.

5.2 If you cancel a Class within 12 hours of the scheduled Class time, a late cancellation fee of $30 will apply.

6. Termination of Services

6.1 These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party as described below.

6.2 You may terminate the Terms by providing written notice, provided that all outstanding payments to Oompf! Cycle, including any Package Fees, are settled in full.

6.3 Oompf! Cycle reserves the right to terminate the Terms without notice if: (a) you breach or intend to breach any part of these Terms; (b) legal obligations require it; (c) a partnership related to your access to the Classes has ended; (d) we no longer provide Classes at your location; or (e) providing the Classes or Packages is no longer commercially viable.

 

7. Suspension for Medical or Travel Reasons

7.1 If you experience pregnancy, serious illness, or injury (a “Medical Condition”), you may request to suspend your Package at no cost by providing sufficient documentation from a qualified medical professional to Oompf! Cycle’s satisfaction.

7.2 You may also request to suspend your Package due to travel by providing proof of travel, such as a plane ticket, that meets Oompf! Cycle’s requirements.

 

8. Suspension by Oompf! Cycle

8.1 Subject to applicable laws, Oompf! Cycle may suspend or revoke your access to Classes and property if you breach these Terms, violate any laws, damage our reputation, or impact the rights of others.
